If within this period:
- no approval is provided;
- no comments or revisions are submitted;
- the Client cannot be reached;
- the Client does not respond to phone calls, messages, or emails,
work on the project will be suspended until a response is received from the Client.
Once work resumes, the studio reserves the right to adjust the project timeline according to the actual production schedule.
Additional Changes After Technical Development Has Begun
The first cycle of technical development is included in the order price.
The following services are subject to additional charges:
- changes to the furniture concept;
- design changes after technical development has begun;
- changes to furniture dimensions;
- changes to materials;
- changes to colour schemes;
- changes to structural components;
- changes to hardware and fittings;
- repeated preparation or revision of technical drawings;
- creation of new design options after previously approved solutions.
Additional work performed by the designer or technical engineer is charged at $12 per hour.
Additional work is charged separately after its scope and cost have been agreed with the Client in advance.
Incomplete or Incorrect Initial Information
If the Client:
- fails to provide the complete set of required information;
- provides inaccurate or incomplete measurements;
- changes the technical brief after work has begun;
- fails to provide the necessary drawings or specifications;
- provides files requiring additional technical processing;
- fails to approve technical matters within the agreed timeframe,
the project completion period will be automatically extended by the actual period of delay.
If additional technical development is required, it will be charged separately at the rate of $12 per hour.
Production of Samples
At the Client's request, individual samples of materials or components may be produced.
Sample prices:
- MDF sample — $80 per piece;
- laminated chipboard / particleboard sample — $28 per piece.
The cost of producing samples is not included in the furniture price.
The production time for samples is agreed separately.
Project Suspension
If work on the project is suspended at the Client's request for more than 30 calendar days, the studio reserves the right to:
- revise the project completion timeline according to the current production schedule;
- revise the cost of materials, hardware, and other components of the order in the event of changes in their market prices;
- adjust the scheduled production start date;
- revise the cost of additional work if the suspension period requires repeated technical or design development;
- review and individually price all changes, additions, or new requests made by the Client after the project is resumed;
- in the event of a significant change to the original design project, including its construction, dimensions, materials, or technical specifications, recalculate the total project cost and completion timeline.
Responsibility for Measurements
If measurements are taken by the Client or by a third-party organization, SOFI Dreamland shall not be responsible for:
- discrepancies between the actual dimensions of the premises and the measurements provided;
- uneven walls, floors, or ceilings;
- the location of utilities and communications;
- the location of sockets, switches, and other engineering elements;
- inability to install the furniture due to incorrect measurements provided by the Client.
All costs associated with modifying or remanufacturing furniture due to incorrect measurements shall be paid separately by the Client.
After Approval of Technical Drawings
Once the Client has provided written approval of the technical drawings, the furniture is considered approved for production.
Any changes after this point:
- may be technically impossible to implement;
- are subject to separate approval;
- are charged additionally;
- may affect the manufacturing timeline.
Minor variations in colour, wood texture, grain direction, veneer structure, natural materials, or fabrics shall not be considered manufacturing defects.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to make structural or technical modifications that do not affect the functionality, strength, safety, or overall concept of the product.
Force Majeure
Manufacturing deadlines may be extended in the event of:
- delays in the supply of materials;
- unavailability of required hardware from suppliers;
- force majeure events;
- systemic power outages;
- military actions;
- transportation restrictions;
- other circumstances beyond the Manufacturer's control.
The Client will be notified additionally if such circumstances occur.

Finished orders may be stored free of charge for 7 calendar days.
Starting from the 8th day, storage may be charged separately according to the studio's applicable storage rates.
Installation
Self-installation must be carried out by the Client in accordance with the assembly instructions provided.
If the assembly instructions are not followed, the Manufacturer shall not be responsible for any damage to the furniture resulting from improper self-installation.

Claims regarding visible defects that could have been identified upon receipt will not be accepted after the furniture has been received by the Client.

Verbal agreements shall only be considered approved after they have been confirmed in writing by both parties.
Provision of Dimensions and Technical Documentation
Preliminary overall dimensions of the furniture may be provided to the Client during the initial project approval stage.
Complete technical drawings, detailed part drawings, material specifications, exact dimensions of individual components, construction details, fastening systems, and assembly instructions are not provided prior to receipt of the advance payment and confirmation of the order.

At this stage, the following documentation is developed and prepared for production:
- complete technical drawings;
- detailed drawings and specifications of the furniture components;
- exact dimensions of all elements;
- material specifications;

The technical documentation constitutes part of SOFI Dreamland's internal production process and intellectual property. It is not provided or transferred to third parties for the purpose of manufacturing the furniture, reproducing the design, or using the technical solutions without the prior written consent of SOFI Dreamland.
The provision of preliminary overall dimensions does not constitute the transfer of technical documentation or manufacturing rights.
