Shipping Methods, Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Manufacturing Timeline: Since our luxury children's furniture is engineered to custom client specifications at our SERBIN PRO facility, the standard manufacturing queue is 21 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and official public holidays).
- Shipping Destinations & Delivery Timelines:
- International Freight: Handled via Nova Post and global air/ground cargo carriers to destinations worldwide (US, UK, EU, Singapore). International transit usually ranges from 7 to 21 business days depending on the country of destination and local customs clearance.
- Domestic Delivery (Ukraine): Shipped directly to Nova Post cargo branches or via address courier curbside delivery. Transit takes 1 to 3 business days from production completion. The tracking number (TTN/AWB) is supplied via SMS or Viber.
- Cargo Acceptance Rules: All components are packed in industrial protective materials and secured inside solid wooden safety crates. It is mandatory to check the structural integrity of the shipment in the presence of the courier driver and fill out a formal Freight Damage Act on-site if any transit damage is discovered.
- Unloading and Lifting Regulations: The courier truck driver is a logistics employee and is strictly responsible for highway transport and unloading cargo at the tailgate of the vehicle only. The driver is not obliged to lift or carry oversized crates to upper floors. Lifting should be pre-arranged with the carrier or managed independently.
- Engineering and Assembly: All SOFI Dreamland furniture kits include comprehensive, step-by-step blueprints for independent self-assembly (in which case assembly labor costs are fully deducted from your grand invoice total). White-glove assembly services by our expert team can be coordinated with your manager in advance.
